Background: The third and the last four day training for the selected JTS and antennae staff for IPA cross-border programmes on the internal borders of the Western Balkan countries was organised from 13th until 16th October in Sarajevo, in SERDA premises. Among 12 trainees, coming from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, were those employed in JTSs or antennae for 3 cross-border programmes (Serbia – Bosnia and Herzegovina,
Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro and Croatia - Bosnia and Herzegovina), representatives from Operating Structures (Directorate for European Integration – Bosnia and Herzegovina) and representatives from regional development agencies ARDA and NERDA that will act as additional info points for the IPA cross-border programmes.

Background: The second four day training for the selected JTS and antennae staff for IPA cross-border programmes on the internal borders of the Western Balkan countries was organised from 7th until 10th October in Skopje, in hotel Continental. Among 22 trainees, coming from the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Albania, were those employed in JTSs or antennae for 2 cross-border programmes (the former Yugoslav Republic
of Macedonia – Albania and Albania - Montenegro), and representatives from Operating Structures (Ministry of Local Self Government, Secretariat for European Integration, Ministry of Finance – fYRoM and Ministry of European Integration - Albania).

Background: The first four day training for the selected JTS and antennae staff for IPA cross-border programmes on the internal borders of the Western Balkan countries was organised from 8th until 11th September in Kotor, in Hotel Sind. Among 16 trainees, coming from Montenegro, Serbia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Albania, were those employed in JTSs or antennae for 7 cross-border programmes
(Croatia-Montenegro, Croatia – Serbia, Serbia – Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia – Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro, Albania – Montenegro and the former Yugoslav republic of Macedonia – Albania) and representatives from Operating Structures (Secretariat for European Integration – Montenegro and Ministry of Local Self-Government – the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia).
